Join other Visiopharm users for a comprehensive introduction to our software, including both theory and practical exercises. Design APPs or protocols specific to your projects. If you prefer a virtual classroom setting with hands-on instruction, these courses are perfect for you
Online training is conducted through a web-based, interactive session on your computer. You and your trainer will work together one-on-one, typically for 1-2 hours. You will explore different aspects of the software and work on relevant projects.
Onsite training brings our expertise to you. We offer a tailored training program for one or more groups of users. Use it to quickly onboard new users and boost their proficiency, or to help current users expand their knowledge and capabilities rapidly.

Beginners
In our two-day Beginner’s course, you’ll receive a comprehensive introduction to the features of the VIS software, including importing slides, viewing them, and building APPs.
On the first day, you’ll receive a general introduction to the basic workflow in the software, while the second day will focus on APP development with AI (Deep Learning). The course will consist of a mix of lectures, exercises, and demonstrations, with opportunities to work on your own projects.
No prior knowledge is required to attend this course, making it ideal for new or relatively new users who will be working with APP development using AI or Thresholding.
Advanced
In the two-day Advanced course, the emphasis is on enhancing your APP development skills. You will learn best practices for creating advanced APPs and work on your APP projects with guidance and feedback from our skilled instructors.
The course is comprised of a mix of lectures, exercises, and demonstrations.
Deep Learning Beginners
In this one-day course, you will receive a brief introduction to the AI module (Deep Learning) and learn how it operates in the Visiopharm Software. You will gain insights into best practices for building AI APPs and find answers to all your AI-related questions.
The course will provide you with a strong foundation and tips and tricks to aid your AI APP development. The course format includes a mix of lectures, exercises, and demonstrations.

Solution Support Specialist
Helena is located at our headquarters in Denmark and holds an M.Sc. in Health and Informatics from the University of Copenhagen. In addition to instructing our Academy courses, she is responsible for managing and organizing online training for both new and current Visiopharm customers, as well as providing general technical support.
Regional Professional Services Manager
Justin is based in Westminster, Colorado. He holds degrees in Chemical and Biological Engineering and Physiology from the University of Colorado and brings several years of experience in image analysis and digital pathology. He is involved in various aspects of Visiopharm support, including technical troubleshooting, installations, deployments, training on the Visiopharm platform, and custom APP development.
Application Support Specialist
Brenna is based in the Denver, Colorado area and holds a M.S. in Ecology from Florida Institute of Technology. Throughout her career, Brenna has gained 10 years of experience in biological imaging across various platforms and brings several years of image analysis experience. She is responsible for developing Visiopharm’s e-learning content, and is involved in training and support for Visiopharm customers.
Professional Services Specialist
Ryanne is based in Westminster, Colorado. She holds a degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Colorado State University. She brings several years of experience in image analysis and digital pathology, and is aides Visiopharm support, training, and APP development.
Application Support Specialist
Thomas is based in Horsholm, Denmark and holds a PhD within neuroscience form the University of Copenhagen. He brings more than 7 years experience in various imaging and analysis methods. He is involved in Academy courses and training and support for Visiopharm customers.
